Kelab/Pertubuhan adalah sesuatu entiti kumpulan yang berstruktur, berperlembagaan, berperaturan dan berkepimpinan yang dianggotai oleh ahli-ahli yang mempunyai minat, kegemaran, hasrat dan kecenderungan yang sama serta bertujuan untuk saling bekerjasama, bantu membantu dan berkongsi sumber dalam melaksanakan aktiviti dan mencapai cita-cita serta matlamat yang telah ditetapkan dan dipersetujui bersama bagi memperkembangkan minat, kegemaran, hasrat dan kecenderungan masing-masing.

Kelab ini dikenali dengan nama ‘Cruisers Car Club’. Kelab ini akan menggunakan nama singkatan Cruisers dan singkatan nama tersebut adalah dianggap sebagai nama yang sah bagi mewakili kelab.
